What is your minimum order?

There is no minimum order when you make your purchase on the web. You can shop as often as you like — purchase only what you need and be assured that you are still receiving the same level of attention that all of our customers receive.

How will you ship my order & what are the charges?

We ship our orders by either FedEx or if the option is available, through the US Postal system. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order, the location we are shipping to and the level of service that you have requested and come directly from the FedEx. You will receive an email confirmation with your FedEx tracking number once the order has shipped. Orders weighing under 1 pound will have the option of shipping through the US Postal system. Please note that there is no tracking of orders shipped through the US Postal system and we are unable to approximate delivery time.

Order placed after 10:00 AM CST (9:00 AM on Fridays) will not ship the same day. Expedited orders (Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day service) will ship on the next business day. Orders shipping via Ground service or through the US Postal system will ship in one to three business days. Please refer to our service map for approximate delivery time to your location once shipped.

Please note that certain products (towels, tiles, personalized folders, digital cards, etc.) require up to 10 days of additional production time. Even with expedited shipping these products can not ship sooner.

How do you handle returns?

While we hope you will find a suitable item to exchange, in cases where that is not possible, we are happy to refund the purchase price of the product on authorized returns made within 15 days of the shipping date. Unfortunately we are unable to authorize or accept returns on products which are made to order or have either been customized or personalized.

Is your site secure to process my order?

Yes. You can be confident that all the information you send over the web, especially your credit card information will be sent using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. Further, your credit card number will not be retained by Collector's Gallery. Each time you return, you will be asked to resubmit payment information.

How can I get a catalog?

Simply contact us to request our catalogs by mail. Wholesale catalogs are sent when a resale Tax ID number is supplied. You can also visit us at one of the many National trade shows we exhibit at each year.

Can I place an imprint order online?

Yes you can! If your item can be imprinted, a "Personalize” button will appear on the product detail page. Enter your desired quantity, click the button and you will be taken to the imprinting form. Follow the easy steps to fill out your imprinting information.

Imprinting information can be reviewed and updated at any time prior to checking out, by clicking the "View Cart" link at the top of each page. From there you will see a "Add/Edit Personalization" button next to your item. You can click this button and change your imprinting information on an item.

We do not currently offer online proofing, however you may choose to receive a FREE black & white email proof.

Copyrighted Images

Studio Style by Collector’s Gallery respects and upholds the legal rights of photographers, artists & other image authors and owners. It is unlawful for us to print images that are copyrighted without the express written permission of the person or entity that created the original work. If you have a copyrighted image, please contact the photographer and request a signed copyright release. This signed copyright release must be mailed to us (emails not accepted), and we will keep it on file.

How long will my imprint order take?

Custom imprinting production time is approximately 10-14 business days. When requesting a proof, production does not begin until the proof is approved.

Who is Studio Style by Collector's Gallery?

For over 20 years, Collector's Gallery has been the premier source for paper photo products and gift packaging. Originally founded in Minnesota in the mid-80's, Collector's Gallery was purchased in 1994 by Warwick Publishing Company, Inc. Business operations and distribution were moved to company headquarters in St. Charles, Illinois in the spring of 1998 where Collector's Gallery could enjoy the full benefit of the manufacturing capabilities of Warwick Publishing Company.

How will you use my name & information

We believe in your privacy. Studio Style by Collector's Gallery will use your e-mail address only to send your order confirmation email, shipping notification email with your tracking number & proof email (if applicable). We also may email to notify you of changes, updates or questions on your order.

When you register your account, you will have the option of checking a box labeled ''Send me email with special offers and new product information''. If you choose to opt-in, you will receive periodic emails on special promotions or product sales. Currently we are only sending these emails out several times a year. You can be assured that your e-mail address will never be sold or made available to other companies.

How can I buy your products?

Our web site has been designed to link the different product families together and to offer you suggestions of coordinated items. This will help you get the most out of your shopping experience — viewing not only the products you want — but seeing products that you may also be interested in. You’ll find that our site gives you real time product availability. As the manufacturer of our products, inventory levels are continuously changing. Please contact us if some of the products you want appear to be out of stock. Chances are if it appears on our website, we are in the process of restocking it. We can contact you to let you know when your product will be back in stock.

A little more about our photo products...

All of our Photo Memory products are designed to showcase not overpower your photographs. Ideal for displaying Senior and School portraits, Family portraits, Engagement and Wedding portraits, Cruise and Resort photography and your candid photographs, our selection of insert cards and folders are a great alternative to costly traditional frames. Our selection of professional portrait folders and folios frame all your photos and prints just like a professional studio photographer. Folders are beautifully embossed in a linen weave finish with deckle cut edges in either rich ebony board or white board. Folders accommodate either horizontal or vertical format print sizes.

We can also reproduce your photo image directly onto one of our Digital Greeting Cards. We have a variety of image templates for Birth Announcements, Graduation, Christmas and other occasions.
